From time to time, Urban Sixty runs out of popular items. For that reason, Urban Sixty does its best to ensure that there is a quick turn-around time on all backfills. As a note, please check the availability of each product and keep in mind, if an item is out of stock, you will find another that suits your fancy!

Online orders can be processed by Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts the customer’s confidential information in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once the customer’s information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so the customer’s private information is available only to authorized computers.
Shipment

When we receive a customer’s order, a confirmation email is automatically sent out. If the item is in stock, Urban Sixty ships it out within 2 business days using Canada Post. Actual delivery time of any Urban Sixty order will depend on the method of delivery and the final destination. Shipping outside of Canada is also available.
Returns
‘We want you to love your purchase!’
Returns to Urban Sixty must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the item, with the shipping costs paid by the customer, via an insured method (e.g., UPS, FedEx, Canada Post or USPS insured) and with a tracking number.
All returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. Urban Sixty reserves the right to determine whether or not a returned item is in its unused original condition. Urban Sixty does not accept any returns via COD.
If an item is damaged during shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to notify Urban Sixty and the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt. Urban Sixty cannot give returns or exchanges for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping - this is covered by the courier's insurance policy.
